We appreciate that everyone to some degree may be feeling pain, strain and anxiety during this period. Due to this uncertainty, our team of specialist doctors and psychologists would like to stay in touch with you and provide support and services where we can, to facilitate timely action for your health care needs.

Our office hours remain in place and we are contactable from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

To access our services, you will need a valid referral from your GP. Appointments can be scheduled by phone and we will offer flexibility in appointment times as best we can.

* Please note due to the Coronavirus, there are restrictions on some elective surgical procedures being performed.

Service Delivery

As always, we are committed to providing you effective and timely patient-centered care. We now offer the following service delivery to our patients:

Telehealth

To ensure access to our health care services, we will be using Phone and Video-Conferencing (i.e. Telehealth) services for patients with General Surgery presentations.

Face to Face Clinics

Currently we are open for Face to Face consultations for those with no history of exposure to COVID-19 and with no current symptoms of COVID-19. However, if you are unwell, have had contact with someone with the COVID-19 virus, been placed in home quarantine/isolation, or have travelled to an overseas destination in the last 21 days, please contact our reception and inform us of your circumstances. We will make alternative arrangements for your appointment to ensure you have access for your health care needs.
